Frank C. DeAngelis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta as a B.A. in Criminology,
with distinction, in 1988. He graduated from Law School at Queen’s University in Ontario in 1991. He was
admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1992.
Frank practices extensively in Real Estate, Business Law and Commercial Litigation. Frank also has extensive
experience with Personal Injury Litigation and General Civil Litigation, having argued many cases before the
Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, the Court of Appeal and numerous Administrative Tribunals.

Frank believes in providing efficient and practical solutions to a range of legal matters. He provides pro-active,
client focused, result-oriented thinking to all of his clients. He believes in adding value while managing risk.
ASSOCIATIONS AND INTERESTS
Frank’s professional interests include Law Firm Marketing and Development, Professional Development and
continuing legal education. Frank is the founding member of Main Street Law Offices and has been principle
to three articling students (Sheila English, Patrick Cummins and Imran Qureshi) since 2004. He is currently a
member of the Canadian Bar Association, past co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association Solo and Small Firm
Section, The Law Society of Alberta and The Trial Lawyers of Alberta. He also serves as a volunteer with the
Provincial Court Mediation Program. Frank attends numerous Legal Development Conferences each year to
ensure his clients receive the most innovative and up to date legal advice.
