Sharisse McCalla, Associate

Sharisse has practiced corporate/commercial law in Edmonton, Alberta for over 20 years. Her approach fosters practical problem-solving solutions, helping her clients achieve success efficiently and effectively.

Sharisse’s practice areas include Business Transactions and Corporate/Commercial Law, Commercial Financing, Commercial Real Estate and Leasing, and Residential Real Estate. She works with business owners on a wide range of matters including incorporations, corporate restructuring, unanimous shareholder agreements, partnerships, commercial acquisitions, and leasing.

With respect to her commercial lending practice, Sharisse works with financial institutions, financing in commercial and corporate mergers and acquisitions. She has acted for corporate borrowers in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and agriculture.

With respect to her real estate practice, Sharisse regularly advises clients on all aspects including the acquisition, financing and sale of commercial and residential real estate transactions, land development matters, and commercial leasing matters.

Outside of the office, Sharisse spends much of her time at various hockey rinks with her two sons, and does find time to sneak in a round or two of golf.
