Tyler acts as legal counsel to a wide array of businesses in many industries, from professionals (such as dentists and orthodontists) to construction firms and contractors to oil patch companies. Each business has their own unique issues, but one characteristic all business clients share is the need for well-reasoned and direct solutions to their issues. Tyler aims to understand the clients’ needs and provide solutions accordingly.

Real Estate
Tyler practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate. He combines a thorough knowledge of real property law with care for the client to make each transaction as seamless as possible.

Litigation
Stemming mainly from business clients, legal issues arise that require the care and skill of a litigation lawyer. With a firm understanding and analysis of the issues being given to the client, effective and aggressive representation of the clients’ interests is rendered.

Employment Law
Tyler acts as counsel to employers and employees in respect of a wide range of employment related matters, including wrongful termination, constructive dismissal, and layoff or retirement packages. In particular, for employers, Tyler can walk the employer through the correct process for the termination of employees.

Associations and Interests
Tyler is an avid advocate for small and medium-sized businesses. As such, Tyler’s was a founding member of the Acheson Business Association and has been Legal Counsel to the Acheson Business Association since its inception. Tyler also sits on the Executive and the Board of Directors for the Spruce Grove & District Chamber of Commerce. In the past, Tyler was the president of BNI (Business Networking International) Chapter in Spruce Grove.
